BAKED POTATO SALAD
6 small or 4 large potatoes- baked
I used the microwave 10 minutes on each side
corn,
green pepper, onion diced
combine with 1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup mayo optional
salt and pepper
Top with bacon bits and cheddar cheese
Enjoy!
